My name is Ozzie Lapinell, born in Jersey and raised in Miami since 1973! I grew up in La sawesera area which to us means Westchester in Miami Dade county. At 17 I started clubbing and witnessed south beach being born. I pretty much partied at every club here in Miami but it was when I turned 30 where the Puteria journey really started for me!

I started going to after hours clubs such as Club space and traveling to festivals around the world and to this day I’m still doing it at 52! Puteria is in no way a new word or a phrase to us in Miami. But one day I told myself I’m going to ultimately design a logo and get this phrase on some merchandise!

Today I bring you I  ❤️  Puteria which simply means having fun, partying and letting loose ! People sometimes ask me what it means and I tell them Puteria is what brought you to this club or bar, it’s why you dress like you do, it’s why you’re up at 9 am at a festival and you’re here to have fun meeting guys and girls! More than that, Puteria is the VIBE !
